Please be advised your Annuity Plan will transition to MassMutual starting on March 28, 2017 and there will be a short period of time when your account activity will be frozen, called a “blackout period.”
Your account will be invested during the blackout period except during the time your assets are transferred to MassMutual.
On March 28, 2017, you will not be able to change your investment selection or transfer monies; therefore, it is very important that you review and consider the appropriateness of your current investments before March 28, 2017 since you cannot direct or diversify those investments during the blackout period.
If your money is not invested where you want it and you want to change your investment selection or transfer your existing balance prior to the start of the blackout period, please call Mercer at 1-877-864-6644 or log on to www.ibenefitcenter.com before March 28, 2017.
Any requests for loans or withdrawals after March 24, 2017 will not be processed until the transition period is over.
