Eliminating Out of Network Benefits – Blue Cross Network Change

Please be advised effective January 20, 2018, the Roofers Local 33 Insurance Plan will change from Blue Care Elect PPO to the Advantage Blue EPO plan in order to eliminate out of network benefits.  There will be no other changes in medical benefits.

You will be receiving a new Blue Cross ID card prior to January 20, 2018. If you do not receive a new card by January 20^th, please contact the Fund Office.

To avoid out of pocket costs please be sure to use the Advantage Blue EPO network which is available throughout the country.
